How do I borrow a textbook from the library?

Textbook requests are in-person only at this time during library hours.

We have a selection of textbooks for students to borrow, to use within the library, for 2 hours.

  • Checkout textbooks at the Circulation counter by providing your course number (i.e. BIO 210), name of the class and title of the book. All this information should be in the class syllabus.
  • Must be a currently enrolled student, with a Cypress College student ID to check out a textbook
  • Need a semester long textbook? Contact the Cypress College Bookstore: (714) 484-7336 /

Please note:  the $2.50 fee must be paid every semester in which a new I.D. is requested.
